Free Returns & Exchanges

At Torvenne, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly fit your space or expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • All parts and accessories included
  • Properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping

Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.


Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation with a full refund
  • After 24 hours: Cancellation may incur processing and transaction fees
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Please wait until delivery and request a return instead

Please note: Customized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos as proof

We will:

  • Send replacement parts free of charge, or
  • Provide a full replacement if the damage is significant

Return Process

Step 1: Request Approval

Email us at support@torvenne.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the item

Our support team will review and approve your request.

Step 2: Ship the Item

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Inspection time: 5–7 business days
  • Outcome: Refund or exchange based on item condition

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is our responsibility (defective, incorrect item):
    👉 Full refund + return shipping covered
  • If the return is customer-related (change of mind, wrong selection):
    👉 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
