Torvenne brings statement lighting to homes and interior projects across the United States. Our collection includes chandeliers, pendant lights and wall sconces, with options for different room sizes, finishes and layouts.

Our Business

Torvenne is an online lighting retailer operated by torvenne inc., incorporated in Colorado in 2026 (Colorado Secretary of State ID 20261456887). We sell directly to customers through torvenne.com and remain your point of contact for orders, delivery, returns and warranty support.

Our Manufacturing Partners

We partner directly with lighting manufacturers in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong, China, to bring fixtures straight to your doorstep. Manufacturing is carried out by our independent partners, while Torvenne coordinates your order and customer support.

Our direct-to-customer model connects the online collection with our manufacturing partners. Fixtures are produced and dispatched from Zhongshan, China, for delivery to customers in the United States.

For custom sizes, finishes or configurations, contact us before ordering. We work with our manufacturing partners to confirm feasibility, specifications, pricing and the expected schedule before you commit to a custom order.

From Your Order to Your Door

  1. Order and production: order processing and production take 7–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Dispatch and tracking: your fixture is dispatched from our manufacturing partners in Zhongshan. We email shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships.
  3. Delivery: estimated transit time is 4–6 weeks after dispatch. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit. Carrier and customs delays may affect the estimate.
  4. Import arrangements: Torvenne is the importer of record and pays customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These costs are included in the displayed product price; you will not be asked to pay them on delivery.

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. We currently deliver within the United States only. Read our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.

Returns and Ongoing Support

Eligible standard catalog items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including listed options produced after ordering. Items must be new, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Contact us first for return authorization and the correct United States return address.

For returns caused by our error or a product quality issue, Torvenne covers return shipping. For a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Non-standard custom-order exceptions and full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Every fixture carries a one-year limited warranty from delivery. Contact Torvenne directly for help with a damaged item, a missing part or a warranty claim.
